We were first time home buyers trying to move from California with a wavering budget and a lose commitment to buy vs. rent. Heather met with us the next day and clarified the timeline, process, and her role to us, all while our 18-month old daughter fussed and babbled in her office. Heather was a very sweet and an helpful person. We needed a home fast (within 1-3 months), and she went along for the ride. We saw many houses (we're available only on weekends for showings and saw at least one-two houses each weekend which definitely took up a lot of her time) and are glad where we are now. She was very open about the process and communicated within seconds whenever we needed her. (Even last minute houses) Thanks again Heather!
